  Arrival Procedures
  Students/parents report to Cafeteria for breakfast 
  Those not eating breakfast report to the Auditorium 

7:45-7:55am
  Morning Assembly (all students at school should be seated with grade level/class)
  Faculty/Staff - standing by grade level
  Parents/guardians - standing by wall

7:55am
  Classes dismissed with teachers to classroom 
  Parents/guardians exit the building 

8:00am
Instruction begins

• All doors secured from 8:00am – 3:00pm (visitors will have to be buzzed in for admission and then report to Office)
• If you need to meet with child’s teacher(s), please call the front office to set up an appointment with teacher during his/her planning time or before/after school hours. (931) 592-9453
• If you would like to volunteer at our school and/or child’s classroom, please complete CES Volunteer Form.
